They say you’re in a better place;
I know its true
They say you had little pain;
I know its true
They say it was as you wished
I know it’s true
My heart grieves
Not for you
It grieves
For me

We lost dad on 26th November 2020. I know he is in a better place and I know he must be happy for he is finally with mum, after fourteen long years. The beauty of dad was that he never once showed us or told us he missed mum. He was there for us – me, my children and my sister till the end.

Aw, I lost my mom when I was 39 years old. I had her longer than some people, but it was way too early and affected the rest of my life. My prayers go out to you.

Lynn I thought after mom I would never cry again because I had lost my best friend. I was 31 then. But the pain and tears came back again with this loss. Thank you for sharing. I completely understand ‘affected the rest of my life.’ Thank you for your prayers🙏
