Selling all things religious- beads, prasad, holy thread, metal bracelet (Kada), blueberry beads or stone fruits (Rudraksh) used as prayer beads by Hindus, Sikhs and Buddhists.

  1. Beautiful pics… Actually it’s so nice to see the smile on the face of the Amma who posed for the pic.

    • I too was surprised when she smiled as I pointed the camera towards her and she didn’t even coax me into buying anything. Vineetha, the people in Benaras are pleasantly warm, friendly and simple.
